As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated HR Co-ordinator to join our HR team.

The Role

As the HR Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions of our organisation. You will be responsible for assisting in various HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for HR to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling

• Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

• Support the administration of performance reviews, working closely with team leaders and managers to ensure timely and constructive feedback

• Support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement and talent development

• Assist in the administration of salary/benefits programs and leave management

• Coordinate and support the firm’s mentor program, facilitating mentor-mentee pairings and monitoring program effectiveness

• Act as a point of contact for employee relation matters, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Oversee offboarding procedures, exit interviews and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related Diploma

• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR role

• Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
