About Bradley

Bradley is currently a Senior Associate at JHK Legal and has over 11 years’ experience working at a variety of commercial law firms. Throughout his career, Bradley has assisted clients with predominantly debt recovery, litigation, and insolvency matters.

Bradley has worked with various clients ranging from insolvency practitioners and financial services clients, as well as ASX listed companies and small private companies.

More recently he has worked on large insolvency files in relation to unfair preference claims. He also has experience providing various commercial related services.

Bradley is an excellent communicator, and is always approachable, and always aims to provide clients with commercially pragmatic advice and always strives to achieve positive results.

Bradley has practised in all Australian jurisdictions and currently holds a practicing certificate in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
