About Costa

Costa is an Associate at JHK Legal and has over 5 years’ experience working in all aspects of corporate commercial, and property law.

Throughout his career Costa has assisted small to medium enterprise in the commercial, industrial, and retail sectors.

More recently, He has worked with his clients in relation to corporate restructuring, business acquisitions and disposals, franchising, leasing, financial and security agreements and other commercial and property related transactional matters.

He also has experience in providing various services to his private clients, including the preparation of wills, preparation and varying discretionary and fixed trusts, estate administration, and succession planning advice.

Costa is an excellent communicator and always aims to provide his clients with commercially astute and pragmatic advice. Costa is always striving to achieve positive results for his clients.

Costa has completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Management) from Griffith University and is admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Outside of the law Costa likes to travel, play golf, and visit new bars and restaurants.
