- Advising and preparing finance documents for ASX listed company in respect of preparation, negotiation and implementation of a $27 million facility comprising of debtor finance, trade finance and equipment finance.
- Advising and preparing finance documents for ASX listed company in respect of preparation, and implementation of a $7 million debtor finance facility where the borrower was in voluntarily administration.

About Hayley
Hayley Tibbie is currently a Legal Practitioner Director at JHK Legal Sydney and has worked as a Lawyer at JHK Legal since May 2016.
Prior to working at JHK Legal, Hayley has worked in commercial litigation and commercial transaction law firms in New South Wales.
Throughout her time at JHK Legal, she has assisted many clients in the areas of debt recovery, insolvency and commercial transaction law. Hayley currently is part of our commercial and banking and finance team where she primarily assists in the front-end preparation, negotiation and implementation of finance related transactions whilst also providing valuable advice to clients of all sizes including, ASX listed corporations, small businesses and individuals.
Hayley also has a great interest in listening to her clients’ needs and ensuring that advice pertaining to her clients rights and their security in a commercial transaction is provided with high attention to detail and with great care and consideration.
From also holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, she is highly interested in understanding the client’s requirements and is an excellent communicator with exceptional analytical skills. Hayley has a great ability to translate complicated areas of the law into simplistic terms. Hayley aims to provide her clients with practical commercial advice in an efficient manner.
Hayley has practised in all Australian jurisdictions and currently is admitted to practice in the High Court of New South Wales.
Outside of the law, Hayley enjoys being outdoors, travel and going to the Gym.
