About Kathleen

Kathleen Faulkner is a Legal Practitioner Director at JHK Legal. Kathleen has a high level of skill across a broad range of sectors and specialises predominately in the practice areas of commercial, insolvency, banking and finance, litigation, and dispute resolution.

Kathleen works with clients ranging from ASX listed entities to sole proprietors and individuals.

Recently, Kathleen has successfully litigated preferential payment and insolvent trading claims and spearheaded a complex commercial transaction on behalf of receivers and managers appointed over a large franchise.

She also regularly acts for many financiers in advising, drafting, and negotiating complex financial transactions including loan documents and the sale and purchase of business.
