Receptionist – Brisbane

We currently require a fulltime receptionist to join our busy administration team in the Brisbane CBD. Previous reception and office experience desired.

Some of the key responsibilities will include;

  • answering incoming calls;
  • managing incoming/outgoing mail
  • preparing couriers
  • photocopying/scanning
  • room bookings & setting meetings
  • arranging zoom links
  • kitchen maintenance
  • petty cash
  • overseeing stationery order
  • distribution of website enquiries
  • drafting emails and correspondence;
  • keeping all areas of the office tidy;
  • assisting with filing and archiving
  • support admin co-ordinator

The successful candidate will also;

  • be an authentic, team player who is willing to support others in their team and other teams;
  • confident, flexible and possess the ability to take a proactive approach to work and learning;
  • have a strong client service focus
  • have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • have suitable office administration experience, preferably within law or professional services;
  • have a high degree of professionalism;
  • be competent in working autonomously and in a team;
  • be able to sufficiently work effectively under pressure;
  • have exceptional organisational and time management skills;
  • be competent and confident in using the Microsoft Office suite;

Ideally, we would like our new team member to have experience in all of the above and be ready to commence as soon as possible.

Remuneration will be comparable with experience.
