About Alexis

Alexis is a Lawyer at JHK Legal. She graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast and was admitted in 2026. Alexis works primarily in the areas of banking and finance, commercial and corporate law.

Alexis regularly acts on behalf of lenders in a range of banking and finance matters, including consumer and commercial lending, debtor finance transactions and loan and security documentation. Her work includes preparing loan documentation, advising on lending and security arrangements, and attending settlements, as well as assisting with property and security matters involving mortgages and caveats. Alexis also advises clients across a range of commercial and corporate matters, including shareholder agreements, share sale deeds, private lending arrangements and general security documentation.

Alexis takes a responsive and efficient approach to her work, with a focus on providing practical and commercially focused advice.

Outside of the law Alexis enjoys travelling to new places, trying new restaurants and going on walks around the stunning Sunshine Coast.
