About Estella

Estella is currently a Lawyer at JHK Legal and has over 6 years’ experience working in various sectors, predominantly within corporate and commercial law.

Throughout her career, she has assisted clients with various legal matters including corporate structuring, M&A, capital raising, governance, as well as commercial transactions and dispute resolution. Estella has worked with clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations. She also has experience providing legal advisory and compliance services, ensuring that clients reach optimal commercial results while maintaining regulatory adherence and minimising legal risks.

Estella is a strong communicator who consistently delivers comprehensive solutions by going above and beyond to meet client needs. Estella has practiced in various Australian jurisdictions and currently holds a practicing certificate in New South Wales. She completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA) at Columbia University and subsequently earned a Juris Doctor (JD) at University of Sydney.

Outside of the law, Estella enjoys films, tennis, and scuba diving.
