About Kristianne

Kristi Glastras is a Special Counsel at JHK Legal with over eight years experience in the Banking and Finance sector, specialising in Mortgage and Property Law. Admitted as a practising Lawyer in the State of New South Wales in August 2018, she has developed extensive expertise in Banking and Finance matters for both residential and commercial facilities across all Australian Jurisdictions.

Kristi regularly advises both Lenders and Borrowers and has extensive hands-on experience in the transactional side of Banking and Finance – from drafting and certifying documents to managing settlements. Having worked at the front end of transactions, Kristi’s experience allows her to advise on complex loan structures and high value transactions, with a strong focus on legal compliance and risk mitigation.  Known for her attention to detail, she ensures that matters are settled in a seamless manner, whilst meeting its required time pressures.

Kristi has a clear communication style and builds strong relationships with clients, colleagues and all parties which she engages with on a day to day basis. She is approachable and always willing to assist clients when needed, ensuring they feel supported and well-informed throughout the progress of each matter.

Outside of work, Kristi enjoys Piña coladas and getting caught in the rain.
