About Madison

Madison Walsh is currently an Associate at JHK Legal and has over four years’ experience working at a variety of commercial law firms.

Throughout her career, she has assisted clients with commercial litigation, regulatory matters, financial services disputes, construction law issues, contractual disputes, and administrative law matters. Madison has worked with clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to large national corporations, financial services institutions, and energy sector clients. More recently, she worked on several significant matters, including regulatory proceedings testing new legislation in the Federal Court, complex interstate litigation involving an energy company, and a large class action in the involving accounting standards.

She has also worked on matters that successfully settled following extensive hearing preparation and client advocacy. She also has experience providing legal advisory, compliance, and dispute resolution services. Madison is an excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver, and she always aims to provide her clients with clear, practical, and outcome‑focused legal advice. She strives to achieve positive results tailored to her clients’ commercial objectives.

Outside of the law Outside of the law, Madison enjoys volunteering as an English language tutor for refugees, travelling, fitness, and exploring new cafes and restaurants with friends.
