About Mathew

Mathew is currently an Associate at JHK Legal and has over 3 years’ experience working at commercial law firms and in-house.

Throughout his career, Mathew has worked predominantly in areas of corporate and commercial law and has regularly assisted clients across a broad range of areas in the financial services industry.

Mathew has worked with clients ranging from ASX listed entities to sole proprietors and individuals.

Mathew also has experience providing advice on transactional matters relating to managed investment schemes/trusts and regulatory matters such as product disclosure documents and Australian financial services licensing.

Mathew is an excellent communicator, approachable and always aims to provide clients with timely and practical advice.

Mathew holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Politics and International Relations from the University of Canberra. Mathew also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2019. Mathew currently holds a practicing certificate in NSW.

Outside of the law Mathew enjoys playing golf, travelling and spending his weekends at the beach.
