About Natalie

Natalie Smyth is a Legal Practitioner Director at JHK Legal and has over 7 years’ experience assisting clients with a variety of commercial and property matters.

Natalie has worked with a diverse range of clients, including small business owners, commercial landlords and property developers. 

More recently Natalie has worked on:

  • Business sales and purchases
  • Residential and commercial conveyancing, including off the plan purchases
  • Pre contractual advice in property transactions
  • Complex land title transactions
  • Mortgage and guarantor advice
  • property development matters, including the establishment of community title schemes
  • Commercial and retail leasing, acting for both landlord and tenant
  • Share sale agreements and the provision of other corporate advisory advice

Natalie also has extensive experience drafting financial agreements and providing property settlement family law advice for her business and commercial clients. 

Natalie is an excellent communicator and is committed to providing practical and tailored legal advice and to achieving the best possible commercial outcomes for her clients.

Natalie holds a practising certificate in Queensland and is admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Natalie holds the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (UQ)
  • Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice

Outside of the law Natalie is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her family.
