About Samuel

Sam is currently an Associate at JHK Legal with over 4 years’ experience in commercial litigation and insolvency.

Throughout his career he has assisted clients with general commercial litigation, insolvency matters, regulatory matters, contractual disputes and international law matters. Sam has worked with clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to large national and multi-national corporations, across all major Australian jurisdictions. More recently, he has worked on several significant matters including a dispute between a state government and a major union, a Hague Convention letter of request matter issued from New York based proceedings and regulatory proceedings testing new legislation in the Federal Court. Sam is an excellent communicator, problem-solver and advocate. He prides himself in his ability to provide clients with clear, tailored, commercially-minded and practical advice.

Outside of the law, Sam enjoys playing golf, staying active and spending quality time with family and friends.
