About Thomas

Thomas is currently a lawyer within the Commercial Team at JHK Legal. Having been practising exclusively in commercial law since mid-2025, Thomas has gained experience across a range of commercial matters including construction, commercial banking and finance, general commercial law and property law.

Throughout his career, Thomas has assisted clients on various commercial transactions, with a particular focus on construction matters and commercial loan facilities for small to medium-sized enterprises. His broad experience allows him to approach legal matters in a pragmatic and timely manner while identifying practical commercial solutions for his clients.

Thomas is known for his strong attention to detail and his ability to communicate complex legal concepts in clear and practical terms, helping clients understand legal structures and progress matters efficiently.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys playing footy, spending time with his dogs Rocket and Henry, and riding motocross.
