About Vince

Vince is currently a Lawyer at JHK Legal and has over 3 years’ experience working at small and medium sized commercial law firms.

Throughout his career Vince has assisted clients with business sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, business structuring, taxation, and estate planning matters.

Vince has worked with clients ranging from small family run business, to high net worth groups and individuals.  Vince always strives to achieve positive results for his clients that are commercially driven and cost effective.

Outside of the law, Vince enjoys spending time with his family, playing ice hockey, and watching basketball.
